The "Love Story" Video

Awesome photographs were provided by Elizabeth Morgan and Scott Kubo. Since everyone's asking, I made the video slideshow using the Sony Vegas Platinum 9, about $100, on a Windows Vista 64 machine. (doesn't always require a Mac to be creative, you know) Took 12+ hours, as I hand cropped every key frame. There are easier and faster ways to do this, but Vegas provides control no other program does for the price.

Thank You

Catherine and I would like to thank everyone who came to our wedding.  We know that it was a long journey in a tough economic climate, so we appreciate it all the more.  We’d also like to thank everyone for their gifts, which will come in very handy as we continue our search for a new home.  Thank you to our bridal party for standing beside us on our most important day.  Most of all, we’d like to thank our parents who made everything possible.

Wedding Photos by Elizabeth Morgan - our official wedding photographer. We liked her so much for my sister's wedding, we hired her again. She likes the 100% natural light, and she is very adept at bobbing and weaving to make the most of it.

Groomsmen in Captain Morgan pose by Scott Kubo
Wedding Photos by Scott Kubo - Elizabeth's "triple flash on a stick" associate. He's a strobist style photographer, almost the opposite philosophy. Since they both gave us some great shots, it just goes to show that there's many different approaches to great photography.

Wedding Photos by Veronica Chew - my camera toting cousin-in-law snapped some great photos both during the wedding and reception. I gave Veronica and David my "flash on a wire" with a small umbrella, and they got some great guest portraits with it.

All these albums (and a few more from our honeymoon) are posted on my smugmug site.
